Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of the purchase date of the product, then you will not be granted a refund, there are no exceptions to this rule.

By asking for a refund, you are agreeing to remove the Integrated Training Solutions products associated with the purchase from all computers, tablets, mobile devices that you own.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you continue to use Integrated Training Solutions products after requesting the refund.

Refunds are made via Stripe and will be processed within 24 hours.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.

All our products are delivered as downloads, on receipt of payment. All goods remain property of the company until paid for in full. The download instructions are sent by email, after the payment is received. Additional charges, late fees, chargeback fees and other fees are determined by our payment providers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If for any reason we need to cancel or reschedule an eBook course, we will notify you in advance and provide the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
