You can start with the Foundations and Rehabilitation Package that includes, the Lazy Person’s Guide to Stretching, Movement Patterns, Joint Mobility, Self-Massage Using a Foam Roller, and a Massage Ball.  It takes 4-6 weeks to learn these skills.

Once you have learnt these skills, you can move onto Training Package where you can choose either the 8 Week Kettlebell Training Program, or the 8 Week Bodyweight Program, or the 12 Week Challenge Program that combines Kettlebell Training, Bodyweight Program along with material learnt in the Foundations and Rehabilitation Package.

Depending on your level of experience and conditioning you can choose Foundations and Rehabilitation and follow the Training Package.  Or you can pick a program from the training package, it’s up to you.
